This application is aimed at the end customer with high volume who makes a large number of requests and needs fast request recording as well as agility and optimum response times for the requests made.
Among the different options there is a possibility of integrating consignments that come from other manual applications or in automatic format, carrying out requests
from the consignments log using different selections, dates, delivery note number etc. Visualising the consignment as well as the status of it, incidents, delivery receipts, non-delivered consignments etc.
